Table of Perk Codes and Offsets - XCOM:EU 2012
Overview
These values are used to identify specific Perks in the Mods listed in References below. The Perk Tree (which Perks are available to which soldier class at each promotion) is frequently a customization desired early in the game. See the wiki article EU Perks for the difference between abilities and perks.
Details
The EU table presents the offset values to locate and change the hex code values of Perks available at various ranks, by class in EU. It is used primarily by Perk Tree Mods.
The EW table is primarily for use in customizing the Perk Tree in the DefaultGameCore.ini (DGC.INI) file. Note that EU does not look to the DGC.INI for Perk tree data.
EU Perk Table
The offsets are used to locate the value of the displayed Perk in the UI. By changing the current Perk value with that of another Perk, the UI Display will offer a different choice upon promotion to that rank.
