Overview

The purpose of this article is to build a nice list of free mod- and image-hosting sites as well as file mirror locations for modders on a shoe-string budget. This list will also have a little bit of info about each one.

Anywhere with the word "UNKNOWN" means the answer is not known or unclear. Help with this info would be great.

Assumptions

These assumptions can be made for everything listed here unless otherwise noted.
