This page describes in detail what the Funding Council (FC) Mission Rewards are, where they are defined, and how to change them.

On mission failure:

  • Panic is applied to the affected country on Classic difficulty and below.
  • Panic is applied to the affected continent on Impossible difficulty.

Where to edit the values

FC mission rewards are defined in the XComStrategyGame.upk >> XGFundingCouncil().BuildMission() function. There is a large switch/case statement, with separate cases for each mission ID.
