%USERNAME% is set by Microsoft Windows at Login.
%Steam% value may be found within Steam: "Steam" menu > "Settings" > "Downloads" panel > "STEAM LIBRARY FOLDERS" button > "FOLDER" column
- Personally, I (being the contributor who made the template that is the source of this line) have a "Simple Volume" (on an external-USB-Drive) mounted in the "folder" listed here.
  - It is highly recommended that "C:\Program Files\" not be in the path to this "folder"!
  - It is highly recommended that "C:\Program Files (x86)\" not be in the path to this "folder"!

These two supporting "Redist" programs only need to be installed ONCE - for either "XCOM 2 SDK" or "XCOM 2 War of the Chosen SDK":
